- Have OMM club members visit each advisory at the start of the week to explain the contest and the importance of bullying prevention
- Coordinate with the art teacher to borrow art supplies and have OMM students deliver supplies to each advisory on the first day of the week-long campaign
- Send a reminder mid-week to advisory faculty/staff so they can ensure students finish the door in time
- Organize a school-wide vote for the best advisory door on Thursday of the campaign week
- Voting can be organized by the OMM club members in a way that will be efficient and fair for the school. One option is to provide each student with a ticket (consider envelopes delivered to each advisory) and ask them to drop their ticket into a box next to the door they think is most impactful
- Have OMM club members collect the boxes from each door, count the tickets, and calculate the winner
- Have club members announce winners at the end of the day on Friday

- Monday: Supplies will be delivered to each advisory
- Tuesday/Wednesday: Work together to plan the message of your door, make decorations, and have your door finalized by the end of the day Wednesday. Include a box on the door or outside of the door to collect tickets
- Thursday: All students will walk around the school to see each door and will cast their vote for the most impactful
