• Read out loud or show the affirmations from the Instagram link. Let everyone know these were created by OMM members just like them!
  • Give everyone 2 minutes to quietly think of 2-3 positive affirmations for themselves. These are short, encouraging sentences like “I am strong” or “I can handle challenges.”
  • Ask everyone to repeat each of their affirmations 3 times in their head.
  • If there’s time, spend the last 1-2 minutes inviting people to share one of their affirmations with the group. You can quickly go around the room and each person can say one affirmation out loud.
  • Important: It’s totally okay to pass if someone doesn’t want to share!
