It’s that time of the year again folks, so dust off your backpacks and sharpen those pencils because the OMM Student Leader Summit is back and better than ever!


in-person option

Calling all student leaders in DC, Maryland and Virginia! Join us for our in-person Student Leader Summit in downtown DC. This training will provide a chance to connect with other student leaders in the area, equip new leaders with the skills to implement club meetings and even refresh returning student leaders on resources and activities. Registration is open now so don’t hesitate!


When: Saturday, August 20th 9:30a-3p

Where: Downtown Washington, DC near The White House!

What: Breakfast Social, Raffle Prizes, Speedfriending…oh my!

**All students who attend the in-person Student Leader Summit will receive:

  • a t-shirt and swag for themselves
  • swag to bring back to their club!


There will also be several raffles prizes to include:

Not in the DMV area? Can’t make it in person? Not to worry! Our virtual Student Leader Summit will take place on Thursday, August 18th from 1:00p-2:30p! Attending in person? Then no need to register for virtual training since the content covered will be similar.

**All clubs who attend the virtual Student Leader Summit will be eligible to win $100 for their Club Bank! There will also be two $50 raffles for folks who complete the entire Be There Certificate. If you have completed the certificate, email or DM a picture or PDF of your certificate and you will be entered into the raffle!

Follow these instructions to register for our virtual training:

  1. Create a Zoom account if you do not have one already.
  2. Register at with the same email address as your Zoom account log-in.
  3. Check your email for confirmation with Zoom link.
  4. Add event to your personal calendar.

Friendly reminder that the Zoom link sent to your email is a meeting link unique to your registration. Therefore, you will not be able to send it to another fellow student leader to join. We take measures such as this to ensure the security of our Zoom meeting room.

We will be sending out communications and the Zoom meeting link to remind you of the upcoming training and so that the link is fresh in your inbox prior to 2pm ET on Thursday, August 18th.
