Throughout the week students enjoyed various mindfulness workshops that taught wellness practices, including yoga, aromatherapy, and positive affirmation. On Valentine’s Day, students had the opportunity to create vision boards in support of their mental health. Pictured above, is a student celebrating their new vision board.

Students could also visit a station to create their own stress balls personalized with their own colors and designs, pictured left.Lastly, a couple of OMM staff members were personally invited to join in on the fun! They provided program flyers and additional information to students seeking to learn more about the Youth Mental Health Ambassador Program.
The Self-Care Fun Fair was a success and we would like to give another warm welcome to one of our newest clubs Blooming Roses!
