Avon Grove Minds Matter has been collecting letters to give to frontline workers at Jennersville Hospital in West Grove, Pennsylvania. They are encouraging friends, family, and community members to contribute drawings, notes, or letters to show appreciation for their community’s first responders.
Club leaders have set up a dropbox for small packages at the front of Avon Grove High School for people to participate while maintaining social distance and wearing masks. Way to develop creative ways to spread kindness (and not the virus)! Follow Avon Grove Minds Matter on social to inquire about how they organized this school-wide campaign.
From nurses and doctors to the US Postal Service to grocery store workers and MANY more – frontline workers have continued their work so that our communities can continue our daily activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Express your gratitude for them and take precautions to keep them safe. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Practice physical distancing. We may be apart but we are in this together.
