On March 7th, 2026, OMM hosted an in-person Teen Leader Summit, providing a safe space for teens to connect, share ideas, sharpen their leadership skills, practice self-care, and leave with a clear plan of action to make an impact for mental health at the individual and systemic levels. More than 50 OMM teen leaders from across the DC-metro region came together to shift the narrative around teen mental health from fragility to something much more accurate: Teens are capable when they are empowered, supported, and connected to a strong network of peers and trusted adults. This match was created in honor of our CEO’s late grandparents, Gerry and Mary Anderson.
